Palace Hotel - Torquay

The Palace Hotel first contacted Ponticello to resolve a technical emergency. 24 hours before an important conference an ISDN router ceased to function leaving the conference suite without access to the Internet.

The Solution:

An ISDN router was installed for the conference. Since then we have upgraded the connection to ADSL so that the larger conference suites at the Palace Hotel have a choice of cable or wireless Internet access. Access can be switched on and off at will so the conference office can take bookings with confidence knowing that no matter how a client wants to access the Internet, the Palace Hotel can provide.
